Place of origin: Vineyards of moscato grapes in Madonna Como and in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio (hamlets in the town of Alba). South-east aspect.

Method of cultivation: Classical "Guyot" method, with short pruning.
Average density of vines: 4,000 stumps per hectare.
Descriptive Notes: Our Moscato d'Asti has a beautiful gold color with greenish reflections; it is a fairly sweet, marked and delicate product. The soil of the hamlet Seno d’Elvio gives it an aftertaste with flowers, sage, lemon and orange notes.
Wine-making: Soft pressing, fermentation at a max. temperature of 18 °C.
Bottling: Early Spring
Bottle ageing: One month at the Penna Winery.
Consumption: To drink during the year of the bottling to appreciate the freshness and the perfumes.
Serving temperature: 8° - 10°C.
Best served with: Moscato d'Asti is good with sweets. It is a conversation and a party wine.
Preservation: Maintain the bottles in a horizontal position, in a cool, dark room. Temperature: 15°/16° C. Humidity: 80/85% approx.
